This is where we spend time running a full assessment of your home and your needs. We’ll visit your home to form a complete picture of your lifestyle. This stage includes looking at how you manage different activities and overall mobility. We also get to know your loved one and make sure they are listened to and their opinions heard.3) Care plan
Our personalised package is based on our full assessment, it includes details of the types of care, care providers and costs for each service.4) Monitoring
